Dominique Toresco


Dominique grew up in Boynton Beach, Florida, dancing at a local studio and attending two performing arts schools. She attended Bak Middle School of the Arts, and continued her education at Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, majoring in dance. Here is where she was casted to work with choreographers such as Elyse Borne of the Balanchine Trust, Solomon Dumas, and Troy Powell from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, and Peter Stark. She is classically trained following the American Ballet Theatre curriculum, and has a concentration in modern techniques such as Horton, Graham, and Limon. She is also trained in various styles of dance such as tap, where she was casted in two works by John Manzari, of the Manzari Brothers. 

She then continued her training at the University of South Florida working with Stephanie Martinez, Bliss Kohlmeyer, Michael Foley, Jeanne Travers, and Paula Nunez. She was apart of the Dance Education Organization Board, where she held the position of Community Outreach/ Social Media Chair. She graduated in May 2024
