DANCE TO HEAL WITH “FADE” A TECHNIQUE THAT COMBINES ELEMENTS OF BALLET, TAI CHI, PILATES, STRETCHING AND MOVEMENT

FADE WILL CREATE BETTER MOBILITY IN YOUR JOINS FOR BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH EXERCISES AND MOVEMENTS THAT CORRECT YOUR POSTURE AND ALIGNMENT.

LIKE A CLASSICAL BALLET DANCER IN FADE CLASSES, YOU WILL STRENGTHEN THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM BY LENGTHENING THE MUSCLES.
