Bailey Lord is a dancer, choreographer, and graduate from the University of South Florida with a BFA in Modern Dance Performance.

Since 2016 Lord has been dedicated to classical dance training in the ABT curriculum, Horton, Cunningham, and Graham studies. They started dance training at 16 and quickly became interested in choreography.

In 2019 they were awarded scholarship offers by 21 universities in the US for their performance at the National and Regional High School Dance Festivals. During their time at USF they danced works by Erik Wagner, Jeanne Travers, Paula Nunez, Andrew Carroll, Andee Scott and Bliss Kohlmyer.

Lord joined Tampa City Ballet in September 2023.
