Jayron Pérez Cabrera born in Havana, Cuba, began his ballet studies in the Vocational Workshop at the National Ballet School in Cuba.

He worked with Cuban companies such as Medula, under the direction of choreographer Yoel Gonzalez and Malpaso, under the direction of Osnel Delgado.

In 2017 Perez Cabrera was selected by Carlos Acosta to be part of the cast of Acosta Danza. He participated at the Acosta Danza Debut tour in the UK at Sadler's Wells. Then he toured to Theatre Royal Norwich, Wales Millennium Centre and he also performed at Les Nuits de Fouvière festival in Lyon, France.

In Autumn 2018, he performed at Festpielhaus in Austria, The Herodio Atticus in Greece, doing Rooster by Christopher Bruce, and he performed Acosta´s version of Carmen at The Royal Albert Hall in London. In november 2018 he got a scholarship in the Cinevox Junior Company in Switzerland with which he toured different cities of the country.

In August 2019 he was selected by Roberto Scaffati to be part of the Ballet Trier Theater in Trier, Germany as a soloist dancer interpreting various works of the repertory until August 2020. From 2021 until now, he has been an independent dancer and instructor in academies in Spain, Switzerland and Germany. Perez Cabrera joined Tampa City Ballet in January 2024.
