UN-DER-LINE is the next stop along the creative project, 7th Ave and Ybor, a retelling of the art, beauty, history and culture of Tampa’s famed Ybor City, which is listed as one of the United States’ historic landmarks.

This moving installation will be presented in October in partnership with Ybor City Development Corporation at different outdoor and indoor locations. This dance piece brings the art of dance to our community and keeps connecting the dots about our culture, heritage and richness. 

Together with the in-person performances, a short film will be produced and presented in different film festivals around the world.

This creative work was birthed through the connection between choreographers, dancers, time and history; the richness of the culture deep in the heart of Ybor City revealed itself as wondrous content capable of coming to life through dance. "7th Ave & Ybor" is Part II of a trilogy and brings stunning choreography into the humanities aspects of Ybor during the early 1900's.
